Forgot Password

In case you forgot your password, please start following the procedure:

Description

1. Go to the login page for the beneficiary and applicant's interface of BAMOS+.
2. Click the “Save” button in the upper left corner.
3. Click on "Forgot Password?"
4. Enter your account's email address
5. Enter the displayed "captcha code".
6. Click "Request password"

The credentials will be sent now to your email address. If you do not receive an email from the system after 5 minutes, please check your SPAM folder or check your spelling of the address.

Expiration

Please note that the link which will be sent to you will only be valid for sixty minutes. If you miss that timeframe you will have to undergo this process again.
