General

Each individual must have their own personalised account for BAMOS+. It is forbidden to pass on login data from one person to another (see Terms and Conditions for the use of BAMOS+). Please note that there are two independent levels of access in BAMOS+: The project level and the partner level.. This page is focussing on creating users on the project level, information on creating accounts on the partner level can be found here.

Additional user accounts

As an initial user of a project you will be able to create additional user accounts:

  1. Select a project
  2. Go to the dashboard
  3. Select “Modify user” under Project Users
  4. Click “New User”
  5. Select one of the following roles for the user: Read + Write + Submit, Read + Write, Read.
  6. Add the email address and confirm by clicking on “+ Add User”. The new user will receive an automatically generated email with the login information now.

Please note that only users with the role “Read + Write + submit” can create, edit or delete users.

Delete an user account

As an initial user of a project you will be able to delete user accounts:

  1. Select a project
  2. Go to the dashboard
  3. Select “Modify user”
  4. Click the “X” in the line of the account you want to delete
  5. Confirm by clicking “delete”

Change password

  1. Click on the rack-wheel icon in the upper right corner of the screen
  2. Click “change password”, follow the instructions and click “ok”

Change profile information

  1. Click on the rack-wheel icon in the upper right corner of the screen
  2. Click “profile”, make your changes and click “Ok”

Expired activation link

In case an activation link of an user account has expired, please turn via email to helpdesk@bamos.eu.
